1. OVERVIEW
a. The apartment consists of kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom.
b. The apartment is fully furnished with FULL HD LCD or LED TV, washing machine, and fridge with freezer.
c. The apartment is located in a quiet area of Oslo, with easy access to T-bane.
2. TO GET A CONTRACT AND KEYS TO THE APARTMENT YOU MUST BE:
a. A woman. We allow however two women to share one unit. We also allow a person that rent a unit to live with his/her partner. The apartment is suitable for up to four persons.
b. Willing to follow the house rules regarding cleaning and safety.
c. Polite and considerate to the neighbors.
d. Able to pay a deposit of two months’ rent + the first month’s rent (we do not accept NAV warranty).
e. Not have a dog, cat or other animals living with you in the apartment.
3. HOW MUCH IS THE RENT?
a. The rent is NOK 7500,-
b. If the room is rented out to more than one person, the rent will rise with kr. 1000,- a month per person. We allow a maximum of four persons
c. If the room is rented for less than three months, the rent will rise with kr. 1000,- a month.
d. Indoor garage in the same building as the apartment can be rented for kr. 300,- a month.
4. WHAT DOES THE RENT INCLUDE?
a. Electric and water
b. Reliable and super high speed 70 Mbit internet, both WIFI and TP-link Power line system.
c. Use of washing machine twice a week.
d. Cleaning materials for use of the common area of the apartment.
e. Complete furnished apartments.
5. WHAT DO WE MEAN BY COMPLETE FURNISHED?
a. Your apartment has a layout similar to a hotel room, with bed/sofa, wardrobe, writing desk, office chair, and so on.
b. Fully equipped kitchen with cocking plates, oven, microwave and fridge with freezer.
c. Separate shower and bathroom/toilet (see pictures)
d. 42” Full HD LCD or LED TV with cable TV that has +/- 18 channels.
e. If you desire you can also have a Full HD PC monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse, and cable system to connect laptop to both PC monitor and LCD-TV.
6. WHAT DOES THE APARTMENT LOOK LIKE?
a. The apartment was renovated February/Mars 2012.
b. The apartment consist of kitchen, separate shower and bathroom/toilet, livingroom/bedroom and bedroom and balcony.
c. The apartment is a non-smoking area. It is however allowed to smoke on the balcony.
d. The apartment is located in a quiet area, free of traffic and pollution in Stovner/Vestli in Oslo.
7. WHAT CHARACTERIZE THE STOVNER/VESTLI AREA IN OSLO?
a. Stovner is one of the areas that have the lowest crime rates in Oslo according to the Norwegian version of Wikipedia.
b. Stovner is at the same time one of the areas in Oslo that has the highest population of peoples with foreign background.

8. HOW IS THE APARTMENT BUILDING AND ITS NEAREST SURROUNDINGS?
a. The apartment building might be located in the area of Oslo that is most shielded from traffic and pollution.
b. The apartment is located 3-5 minutes from the T-bane station and from Stovner Shopping mal.
c. The T-bane takes about 25 minutes from Stovner station to the Oslo Central Station in the rush hours.
d. The Stovner shopping mall has post office, banks, Gym, library and a wide range of shops.
9. HOW TO PAY THE RENT AND THE DEPOSIT?
a. The monthly payment must be transferred to the owner’s bank account.
b. The deposit must be transferred to a separate deposit account, and will be given back to you when you move out according to the contract.
10. HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION FOR THE APARTMENT?
a. Many of our apartments get rented out quickly. As a general rule we will rent the apartments out to the one that first are willing to sign the contract after paying 3 moths deposit + first month’s rent.
b. We can however make a reservation for one month, if you pay one month’s rent.
c. As long as one month rent is not resaved in our account, we will try to rent the room out to others.
11. HOW CAN YOU COME AND SEE THE ROOMS AND APARTMENTS THAT IS AVAILABLE?
